Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to the UK and Canada. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the USA, so all shipping fee will be displayed at checkout, along with the taxes. All customs charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you don’t love your item or you need another size, you can return, exchange it, or receive store credit within 14 days of your order being delivered using our Returns Portal. Items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. After 14 days, we will not accept any returns or exchange requests. All sale items are final, but you are able to exchange your sale item if you need. If the items is of lesser value, then you will receive a store credit for the difference.
If you are located outside of the USA or have not pre-purchased the free re:do at the time of checkout, you are responsible for all returns shipping fees.

Can I modify an order once I’ve placed it?
Once you have placed your order you are not able to modify your order, so please be sure you are ordering the size and style you wish to purchase.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Discover, Google Pay.

How can I track my order?
You should have received a confirmation email with the tracking information at the time of shipment. If not, please contact us at info@victoriapaulsen.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we only offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery. If you purchased Re:do free Returns & Exchanges at checkout (only available in the USA), shipping costs are covered. If not (outside of the USA), you're responsible for all fees associated with returning the item. To start a return, an exchange/ store credit request, or a claim please go to our Returns Portal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original hangtag has been cut off. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming this. If approved your refund will then be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show once processed. We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receipt.
All sale items are final, but you are able to exchange your sale item if you need. If the items is of lesser value, then you will receive a store credit for the difference.

What size should I order?
All of our products run generally true- to-size. If some products run smaller or larger than normal, we will make a note of that in the description section on the product pages. Also, take a look at the size guide here to help you find the best fit.

What size range do you offer?
All our clothing products currently come in size XS-XL, but we are hoping to expand the size range to offer more sizing options to accommodate everyone in the future.
