Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled from our US or UK warehouse depending on your delivery location. UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. All other orders ship from our US warehouse.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates at the time of purchase.

United Kingdom UK orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours and shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping.

United States US orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Orders placed before 3pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST ship the following business day.

International All international shipping rates and applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped via DHL Express Worldwide have duties prepaid. For all other international shipping methods, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. Victoria Paulsen LLC is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

Order Amendments Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or make amendments, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
